Right-click inventory actions and workbench notifications now all start with a capital letter (even more OCD). Changes include: consistent bulletin colors depending on the property type, corrected the power consumption description of devices (in encyclopedia too), text corrections, etc. In a genuine OCD streak, I've fixed/corrected/refined the PROPERTIES of (almost) all inventory items.
Corrected 'Crystal' artefact description text, as it wasn't aligned with its properties. Corrected and refined most of quest items', devices' and tools' inventory and encyclopedia text descriptions. Corrected and refined all mutant parts' and meals' inventory text descriptions.

Credit goes to hardstuph and collision02 for the original code snippet. Implemented campfire 'save only when lit' feature. Added some more weapon, muzzle fire & strap repositionings for: SVT-40 (& modern), Mosin-Nagant, Karabiner 43, Karabiner 98 Kurz (modified holding animation), Mauser 98k Forester (& with silencer adapter these were a complete disaster :P). It should no longer be invisible during nighttime.
